Customs I&I ( Intelligence and Investigation) Rawalpindi seized huge quantity of smuggled cigarettes, foreign origin oil filters along with offending vehicle from out side M1 motor ways Islamabad.
According to details in pursuance of secret information the staff of I&I Rawalpindi intercepted a vehicle coming from Quetta side destined to Rawalpindi the vehicle No was C-2904.
The vehicle was driven by Din Muhammad R/o North Waziristan Agency, the details of seized goods and vehicle are as 3500 sleeves of foreign origin Mond cigarettes made in UAE as well as seized foreign origin Milano in quantity of 2300 sleeves.
Intelligence staff also seized Toyota oil filter Denso made in Thailand 120 pieces and foreign origin Toyota oil filters 180 pieces {90915-y22D4}.
The I&I Rawalpindi staff here by detained the offending vehicles along with smuggled goods under the Customs Act 1969 and bring it to Customs state ware house for conducting detailed examination.
The operation headed by Superintendent Muzammil Hussain shah, Intelligence officer Nasir Ali, Bilal Hussain Sepoy and driver Din Muhammad.
