Media 1 of 3120 feddans of drip-irrigated olive groves managed end-to-end, with pressing contracted to a nearby mill.
The Siwa extension adds 120 feddans of Koroneiki and Manzanillo olives to an operating 400-feddan estate. Trees are in years 6–9 (prime yield). Water comes from two licensed wells with drip distribution; harvesting is mechanized with a resident agronomy team. Oil is pressed within six hours of harvest and sold on annual contracts to two exporters.

Yields vary with weather and alternate bearing. Olive oil prices move with global supply. Water salinity requires ongoing management. Returns are targets, not promises.
Mahsool's formation and management fees are invoiced to the project company, not deducted from your subscription. A 5% fee is withheld from profit distributions; returns of capital are fee-free.
