A managed dairy herd on 60 feddans of berseem and silage maize near Damanhur. The herd is built in two intakes: 90 in-milk cows at close, with 60 bred heifers calving over the following year to bring the herd to full size. Milk is collected daily and sold on a standing contract to a national dairy processor at a price indexed to fat and protein content. A resident veterinarian manages herd health and breeding; investors hold economic shares in the herd and receive distributions from milk revenue after feed and operating costs.

Risk factors
Milk prices move with the processor's own index and input costs. Herd health events can reduce yield. The full herd takes roughly a year to reach target size, and early distributions reflect the smaller in-milk count. Returns are targets, not promises.
