Chief coordinator of Tajer Dost Scheme Naeem Mir has said that it is our national duty to make the registration campaign in the Tajer Dost Scheme of FBR successful.
He expressed this in a press conference after the meeting of business organizations of Lahore at FBR Regional Tax Office Lahore yesterday.
Naeem Mir said that in today’s meeting, the easy registration procedure in the trader friendly scheme has been welcomed. So far around 14 thousand traders have been registered. The whole country will not leave China until the last trader has been registered. Naeem Mir said that the method of tax collection from registered traders will be decided by our consultation and all traders organizations will be included in the consultation.
He said that the offices and facility centers of the businessman-friendly scheme have been established in the regional offices. Any business organization that wants to understand the scheme can call its meeting in the regional office.
FBR officials are available for any information. Now there is no justification for any trader to remain unregistered. He said that in the meeting it was agreed to fully cooperate with the FBR officials. In Lahore, 24 teams of FBR go to the markets daily. All registered traders should display their NTN at their shops, those who do not have NTN can register themselves through the mobile app. He hoped that the traders would fulfill this national duty well.
