ISLAMABAD: Pakistan’s army chief, General Asim Munir, is in Uzbekistan on a two-day visit that aims to enhance military-to-military cooperation and defense collaboration, the Pakistani military said on Tuesday.
During the visit, the Pakistan army chief called on Uzbek President Shavkat Mirziyoyev, defense minister and senior officials of Uzbekistan’s State Security Service, according to the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), the Pakistani military’s media wing.
