The Chairman FBR has suspended Deputy Collector Enforcement DI Khan Jawadul Hasan for 120 days for disobeying the instructions.
According to the FBR press release, Jawadul Hasan tried to use influence to get the posting of his choice on August 20.
Under the notification issued by FBR said on account of violation of the directions of the Chairman, FBR / Secretary Revenue Division issued vide circular dated 20.08.2024 regarding extraneous influence for “choice posting”, the Competent Authority.
In exercise of powers conferred under Rule 5(1) of the Civil Servants (Efficiency & Discipline) Rules, 2020, has been pleased to place Jawad-ul Hassan, PCS/BS18, presently posted as Deputy Collector, Collectorate of
Customs Enforcement, Dera Ismail Khan under suspension with immediate effect for a period 120 days.
