ISLAMABAD: Pakistan brought back 71 of its nationals from Lebanon and Syria on Wednesday, reported the local media, after the foreign office announced the evacuation plan in a statement a day earlier amid Israel’s continued strikes in the region.
Israel has been actively targeting both Arab countries with a stated objective of dismantling Hezbollah’s military infrastructure by launching airstrikes in areas like Beirut and the Bekaa Valley.
